Return, Replacement and Refund policy
Return and Replacement
No question asked if the product is damaged during transit provided you send us the unpacking photo or video to support@opatoys.com within 24 hrs from the time of receiving the product.
The photo or video is mandatorily required for us for two reasons
- To improve our packing incase the damage is due to improper packing of the product
- To raise a complaint with our courier partner incase the damage is caused due to mishandling of the package by the courier company during transit and until delivery.
We are happy to accept a return only if the product is damaged in transit and replacement will be shipped as soon as the damaged product reaches back to us.
We will ship back a new product to the same address in the order as soon as we receive back the damaged product.
Exchange
You can also raise a request for exchange of a product provided such a request is sent to us with in 24 hours via email to support@opatoys.com. The reason for exchange has to be stated clearly and our team will decide on the exchange request on case to case basis. We are here to serve your demands and we accept exchange in most cases!!! So do not worry about it too much.
If exchange is accepted, the procedure to follow will be instructed via e-mail. Kindly note only one exchange request per order will be allowed.
In case you want to cancel the order and not exchange it with any other product, cancellation charge of 2.5% +2.5% = 5% will be levied. This is the payment gateway charge that is levied on us for any payment made in the website.
Cancellation can be done before the product is dispatched. Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Return and Refund
In case of a return for the same reason mentioned above, you can also choose to get a refund either in the form of store credit or refund to the source.
The refund will be processed only after the receipt and examination of the returned original product.
In case store credit is chosen, the same value of the returned product will be updated in your profile with in 3 working days. This can be redeemed in full value on the website. These credits lapse at the end of the calendar year.
In case refund to source is chosen, the value of the product will be credited back to the source account between 7 to 14 days. This is the time period the payment gateway provider offers and faster refund is not possible. The source is defined as whichever payment method you chose while completing the transaction .
In case you purchased using the COD option, we dont have any option to refund the money to you except in the form of store credits.
Reverse-pickup
For any of the above scenarios, the product has to reach back to us and we offer reverse-pickup in select pincodes. The procedure to arrange for reverse-pickup is very simple and you can book the same sitting at your home and at your comfortable time. We will completely guide you in this. In this process, the product reaches back to us in 2 to 3 weeks time depending on your location.
You can also choose to self-ship the product to us for the only reason that the product may reach us early than through reverse-pickup by us.
We will then be able to take our next step much faster.
