Purchase and shipping policy

Our office service hours (online shop, social media and phone support) are from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm IST Monday through Saturday, with the exception of Public Holidays.

Prices are in Indian Rupees, shipping costs and GST are included. Gift wraping cost is additional.

Opa Toys is not liable to you for any damage resulting from the use or misuse of the products offered through our website. Any damage remains the responsibility of the user or his/her guardian.

Purchasing process

We offer a wide range of customization in most of our products. So some our items are made to order only, the estimated production time is between 3 and 5 days. Some are in-stock products will be shipped in 2 working days. Production times may vary during Holiday season.

The purchasing process starts when payment is processed. The steps are the following:

1. Opa Toys will provide the Customer with a purchase confirmation.
2. Allow sufficient time for the product to be manufactured.
3. Upon shipping you will updated in real time with the tracking number and carrier handling the package for an appropriate tracking thereof.
4.All sales are final. Once payment is processed NO cancellation or modification will be accepted. The major reason for this is that we make products only against order.

Customers can also reach out to us directly at support@opatoys.com to report an issue once you have received the tracking information.

Any defect or fault on our part will be addressed at no cost to the customer. Opa Toys will offer no refund or replacement pieces if there is damage resulting from modifications, improper use, improper assembly and/or the omission in following care and maintenance of the wooden toy.

Shipping

We ship our products through courier service providers like Professional, Delhivery, FedEx deepening on the serviceable area of courier partner.

Once the product is shipped, you will be receiving the tracking information and you can track the same in the respective tracking pages.

We suggest to keep track of the package and verify all contents upon delivery
